1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vespera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account. Vespera may suspend accounts that violate community standards or engage in fraudulent behavior.

3. Intellectual Property & Content

All original content, design assets, and platform features remain the exclusive property of Vespera. Users may upload personal work provided it does not infringe third-party rights. We retain a non-exclusive license to display featured projects.

4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Premium memberships are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase upon request. You may cancel your plan at any time via your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the billed period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities include uploading illegal content, reverse engineering the platform, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using Vespera to harass others. Violations may result in immediate termination of service without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vespera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing Law & Contact
